Belief in God, His angels, His books, His messengers
The foundation of faith is the oneness of God: the Creator of everything, without partner, child, or equal. Then belief in His angels who carry out His command; in the books He revealed — including the Torah and the Gospel in their original form; and in all His messengers without distinction: from Noah and Abraham to Moses and Jesus, sealed by Muhammad, peace be upon them all.
“And say: we believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you; and our God and your God is One.”The Last Day and the decree
Belief that death is not the end, and that absolute justice will be established on the Day mankind stands before the Lord of the worlds — no wrong is lost, no good deed forgotten. And belief in the decree: the whole universe runs by God’s knowledge and wisdom, so the heart rests in ease and in hardship alike.
“So whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.”
